On behalf of all of us at Eurocoin, I hope this latest update finds you & your colleagues in good health during this unprecedented Covid-19 crisis.
Currently, our offices across Europe remain open for business. However, we are responding to the individual Government-issued policies in each of the countries where our teams live and work. In Spain, for example, our office in La Coruña will be shutting for two weeks on March 20th to comply with these regulations.
Our hard-working personnel remain 100% committed to supporting all of our clients’ requirements during these challenging times, so please do not hesitate to contact us via phone, Skype or email with your requests. We are 100% here to help!
In line with the health and safety guidelines issued across the EU and by individual countries, our team members are working remotely wherever possible to minimise unnecessary interaction. We have suspended most of our business travel at this time, but remain pro-active and available to speak with you and your colleagues. All the Eurocoin team are fully-equipped with appropriate software tools to be able to join video conference calls with you at any time.
Our service & repair departments across Europe are all functioning currently and we continue to dispatch customer orders on a daily basis. Although we are encountering some inbound delivery delays, as you would anticipate in the circumstances, we are still receiving new stock and product shipments from our global suppliers. Please contact us to check on the availability of any of your open orders with us, or for new requirements for your current or future projects.
